Technician Assistant – Megan is the proud niece of Dr. Gale Flanagan, owner of Route 516 Animal Hospital, where she loves spending time. Within the past couple of years, Megan has learned a lot about animal care and common medical conditions that are diagnosed and treated in small animals.  Inspired by her aunt and the other doctors and staff at Rt 516, Megan plans on choosing a career in medicine working with animals, preferably in the wild.   Megan is a diehard Ohio State University Buckeye fan, just like her aunt.  Other than working with animals, she enjoys traveling, playing the drums, reading, swimming, and spending time with her friends.

She has 2 cats of her own, Snowball who she found stuck in a car as a kitten, and Wednesday who she adopted from a friend. In her spare time, Amanda enjoys watching movies, reading, hiking and taking trips down to the shore.
